Announcing our New Senior Accountant

We regret to announce that our senior accountant Scott Sharp is moving on. We have greatly appreciated his many years at Insight and all the hard work he has put in for us and our clients. We wish him all the best in his new career path.

We are delighted to announce that Todd Hearne will be joining our team to replace Scott in the role of Senior Accountant. Todd is a very experienced and qualified chartered accountant. He is both friendly and understanding and his attitude to work and dedication to clients is very much in keeping with our business’s philosophy and level of customer service. Todd has a range of skills that fit perfectly with the broad range of services we provide. His expertise will allow us to continue to accommodate all your accounting needs with the high level of service you expect from us.

Of course, the same great team that stood behind Scott will continue to support Todd.

On the reverse of this letter you can view Todd’s profile and learn a little about him. Todd will be joining our team from Monday, 11th November.

If you have any questions or concerns about this transition please don’t hesitate to contact us. Carol Allan (Senior Accountant) will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You can contact us on (02)49 411 888 or carol@insightadvice.com.au

About Todd

Todd Hearne
Senior Accountant
B. Com, CA

“I am a Newcastle boy having lived here all my life. I attended Broadmeadow High School graduating in 1996. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce from Newcastle University in 2000 majoring in Financial Accounting and Finance. I have been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2004 having completed my CA Program in the same year. I have 14 years experience with two Newcastle firms dealing with small and medium entities.

My job satisfaction comes from working with my clients to not only minimise their tax but to help them achieve their financial goals whether that be paying off the mortgage sooner, growing their business or saving for retirement.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife Danielle and two children Cooper (3) and Mia (1). I have played district cricket for 20 years and I am actively involved with Waratah Mayfield District Cricket Club as both a player and a committee member.”
