The ATO has recently reported instances of identity fraud. Criminals will register individual taxpayers for an Australian Business Number and GST without their knowledge.

If you have received unusual letters or noticed other incidents that may indicate your identity has been stolen, please contact us or the ATO as soon as possible to prevent fraud and to protect yourself.
